REFUND POLICY:

Applicable to freedomsummit.net participants

A full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 30 days before the start date of the event. You must have requested the refund by emailing tickets@freedomsummit.net at least 30 days prior to the event to be eligible for the refund.

Alternatively, there are three additional options available to you.

  1. You can transfer your ticket to the next event:

    Up to 30  days before the event takes place you can transfer your ticket to the next event free (no charge for first transfer only). All transfer or hold requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.
    The deadline to transfer your ticket to the next event is one week prior to the event.
  2. You can place your ticket on hold to use within 3 years for a future freedomsummit.net events. The deadline to place your ticket on hold is one week prior to the event.

    All requests must be made via email. If you fail to complete the ticket hold or transfer process and payment (if applicable) prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made.
  3. Or, you can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend.

IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed, your ticket has been placed on hold or is transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.
